We want to hear from you! Regularly hearing from our employees gives us real-time feedback and actionable ways we can evolve to be a great place to work. Our Employee Engagement and Life Cycle Surveys provide a way for employees at every level of the company to give confidential feedback.

If you are a CF Industries employee, you can expect to receive the survey when you reach seven, 45, 90 and 180 days with the company. The feedback you provide helps us adjust and strengthen our retention, recruitment and engagement efforts.
