Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential support, consultation, resources and information to help you and your household family members balance work and family as well as manage personal difficulties. EAP services are available on your first day of employment at no cost to you and your dependents.

How can the EAP help me?

The EAP offers unlimited telephonic counseling and provides up to five (5) face-to-face visits with licensed counselors. The program is designed to help you with a variety of concerns and problems. A few examples are:

• Relationship issues
• Family and parenting challenges
• Legal and financial matters
• Bereavement and other losses
• Child and elder care

When should I use the EAP?

Waiting or ignoring a challenge can make things worse. Whenever you need to talk to someone objective, experienced and nonjudgmental — the sooner, the better. That is why our EAP is here to support you 24/7.

Is the EAP confidential?

The EAP is strictly confidential. No one will know you’ve contacted the program, and your name is not reported to CF Industries.
