The Inclusion Resource Group (IRG) was created to provide a trusted space for meaningful conversations and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and build authentic workplace connections. In partnership with Inclusion & Engagement (I&E), this group encourages employee involvement to build a culture of belonging by implementing strategies focused on meaningful connections with colleagues, community involvement, career development and cultural awareness. This gives our employees the power to do their best work while feeling welcomed and supported.
