Inclusion Council

A council of peers dedicated to positive change.

Inclusion Council (IC) members are nominated by CF senior leadership to be agents of change related to all things Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (ID&E). The IC gives feedback on current Inclusion, Diversity and Equity initiatives to ensure they stay aligned with overall business strategy. It is important that CF always represents our values through our work environment and the work we produce, and the IC helps keep the company focused on these goals.
