Career and Individual Development Planning Process
In addition to our model, CF has made it a priority to build a robust career development process that provides employees with accessible learning content to further their knowledge, and leaders with the ability to have meaningful conversations with their employees. It is through these conversations that leaders can better understand their employees’ personal career goals and help them build an Individual Development Plan. While employees are encouraged to have ongoing development conversations with their leaders throughout their time at CF Industries, we also set aside time throughout the year to review your development plan, adjust as needed, and ensure you’re getting the support and feedback that you need to be successful starting on day one.
LinkedIn Learning
We facilitate continuous individual and professional development by offering LinkedIn Learning to all our employees. LinkedIn Learning provides our employees with access to over 10,000 courses, videos, podcasts and micro-learning. We also offer curated content collections and learning paths specifically created for CF employees to align with our leadership competency model and leader levels.
LinkedIn Learning courses are led by expert instructors with real, professional experience in their fields. LinkedIn Learning can help you earn continuing education credits to keep your certifications current. Their online courses have been recognized and approved by organizations as educational activities for your ongoing professional development. You can also take courses designed to help you prepare for professional certifications in areas such as Project Management, Computing Technology, Business Analysis and Accounting, to name a few.
