We know that better results happen when we do it right and do it well every time. With CF\u2019s annual incentives, you are rewarded when you help the company achieve these performance goals.<\/p>\n
Depending on your position within CF Industries, you may be assigned to your specific incentive plan when you come aboard. Short-term incentives are broken down into two groups which vary based on how the incentives are earned and when they are paid:<\/p>\n
As a corporate employee, your annual incentive award is based on how well the company does during the plan year in four separate performance categories and account for different percentages of the award.<\/p>\n
Annual incentive awards are paid out in the first quarter of the following year.<\/span><\/p>\n As a manufacturing or distribution facility employee, your award is based on the same performance categories listed above under Corporate AND safety and production goals for your facility. Safety and production goals consist of site-wide ammonium nitrate production and your individual safety score.<\/p>\n Variable incentive awards are paid out in two timeslots: 50% of your award will be paid out based on the company performance categories in the first quarter following the close of the year.
